This board has the primary mission to follow the commission of our Lord as given in Mathew 28:19-20 "Go therefore and make discples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and Of the Holy Spirit, andteaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. . . ."Our basic method for this proclamation is "The Means of Grace" of the word and Sacrament ministry of the congregation, congregational programming and personal witnessing.

This board is responsible for the organization and administrationof the youth groups, the women's and men's groups, and has the responsibility to respond to the conserns and crises in the congregation and the community (including family tragedies, natural disasters, aging and drugs)

This board has the responsibility for the development in the area of stewardship in accordance with the scriptural principles with equalemphasis on the factors of Time, Talents, and Treasure
